Montrose Port is strategically located as a North Sea service and support hub for the offshore energy and commercial cargo sectors. Montrose Port Authority (MPA) has invested around £21m in the port since 2011, including major upgrades to quays on North and South sides if the harbour. This resulted in a significant increase in Port traffic in recent years, attached by excellent facilities and customer service.
